All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Mack's Ultra Soft Foam Ear Plug Details

Mack's Ultra Soft Foam Ear Plugs bring comfort and high-volume noise protection together for a highly effective, multi-purpose hearing protector. These ear plugs are molded from state-of-the-art ultra soft foam, with a smooth non-irritating skin that is easy on your ears. These average size foam ear plugs are an excellent choice for general noise protection and loud events.

With their neutral beige color, these plugs will protect your hearing without advertising that you're wearing earplugs. Previously known as the Mack's SafeSound Ultra, these plugs are ideal for most high noise situations including NASCAR and other motorsports events, very loud concerts, workplaces with noise levels up to 111 dB, and shooting sports. Also recommended for sleeping with a loud snorer.

An NRR of 33 means that the hearing protection is estimated to reduce noise levels by an average of 33 decibels across various frequencies.

'NRR' in hearing protection stands for 'Noise Reduction Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the NRR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

NRR is primarily used as a rating system in North America, while Europe often uses 'SNR' (Single Number Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.

    These are great earplugs. So soft on my ears and still block out the neighbour's yappy dog! Now if only there was an easy solution for that dog....😉

    Excellent & comfy (A+)

    I used to buy the fluro green/yellow Macks plugs, but these are more comfortable. A pair usually lasts me 2-3 weeks because I use them only for sleep and keep them clean. Never had any problems. I would imagine if you wear them out and about for work and you handle them with grimey fingers, it may be necessary to replace them more frequently to avoid possible ear infections. Good luck finding the right pair for you 🙌

    Just what I wanted

    I have Menieres disease and require to block one ear when distortion is bad. They do the job, have been able to use chainsaw and dental scaler without cringing from ear discomfort.
