For our select range of products which will be sent with via courier, delivery typically takes between 2-4 working days.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER BY TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY XMAS?
Australia Post's recommended cutoffs for delivery by Christmas are as follows. Any orders made by 3.30pm AET will be shipped that day. Orders after these 3.30pm on these dates still have a chance of arriving by Christmas but are not guaranteed to. We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout to guarantee prompt delivery during this peak period.
Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states
Australia Post are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20 December
- Express Post: Monday 23 December
* Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.

We've got you! We offer a flat-rate $10 Express Post service at checkout on all orders made before 3.30pm AET.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.
For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.
For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW.
A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

I wish I had bought these sooner. They do exactly what they advertise. Super easy to use once you get used to the different touch controls etc. They do an awesome job of blocking out the noise of power tools and gardening equipment while listening to music. Shout-out to the earjobs customer service team too - when the ear plugs arrived in the mail there was an issue where only one of them was working. The process to have this rectified was super simple and only a few days later I was sorted out with a brand new pair. I definitely recommend these for anyone working in noisy environments that wants to protect their hearing but also have the flexibility to listen to music simultaneously. Comfort-wise these are very good. I do find they get a bit uncomfortable after prolonged use (around 2-3 hours continuous use) but it's not unbearable and I think you'd be hard pressed to find any well fitting in-ear hearing protection that doesn't get a bit uncomfortable after that long. Great product and great customer service!

They are good to wear for noise protection in the Washplants noisy environment, but don't try listening to anything as you would have to have the volume up too much to hear a podcast talk. They noise cancellation works and does let in outside noise for awareness, which has 4 level settings to amplify outside noise, down to cut out outside noise while listening to music or talk shows.
