WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you order before 2.30pm AEST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Parcel post shipping is $7, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Express shipping is available for $10, or free above $180* (for most items). For orders we sent via courier, shipping is free. For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Postage rates vary based on product and location, and are specified at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders will be sent via Parcel Post, Express Post or, if applicable, Large Letter shipping with Australia Post. A small number of our products will be sent via courier for free; this will be specified at checkout. Please be aware our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will be sent via Standard Post, Express Post or Standard Post with Signature on Delivery.

I've had the calmer translucents for years and thought I'd try the 'soft' option. The soft ones are more comfortable to wear but maybe not as good at dulling the noise, I'll need to trial/compare them a bit more. They seem to stay in better when I eat, so that's an improvement on the originals.

I was very sceptical and didn’t like the feeling of things in my ears but after a big burnout I can use these to go into places like shops with lots of people and noise and feel less overwhelmed and very focussed. Work well for me and comfy!

These are AMAZING! After wearing them all day the first day I got them, I ended up crying happy tears. I've noticed when I put them in, my body physically relaxes. It's like someone to all the pointy corners off the noise in the world. I'm scared to lose them so I will be getting a second set for sure.
