Plugfones® Certified Noise Reduction Ratings
The most important thing to remember about Plugfones is that they're earplugs first and earbuds second. As such, the entire Plugfones line is tested and compliant with ANSI S3.19-1974 noise reduction standards and meets NIOSH criteria. When used as directed, our products are certified for Noise Reduction Ratings (NRR) of up to 29 dB, depending on the plugs used. For environments with high levels of noise, it may be necessary to use over ear protection such as earmuffs in conjunction with Plugfones products.

For our select range of products which will be sent with via courier, delivery typically takes between 2-4 working days.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER BY TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY XMAS?
Australia Post's recommended cutoffs for delivery by Christmas are as follows. Any orders made by 3.30pm AET will be shipped that day. Orders after these 3.30pm on these dates still have a chance of arriving by Christmas but are not guaranteed to. We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout to guarantee prompt delivery during this peak period.
Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states
Australia Post are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20 December
- Express Post: Monday 23 December
* Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.
For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.
For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW.
A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

sound great just double length tiered earplugs dont fit in case so cant charge with them attached to ear peice . would be perfect with a tweak to the case

Sound quality of audio is good - definitely louder volume than isotunes. The protection from external noise is good in a workshop scenario, I weld aluminium all day and anyone who knows the sound can attest to its ability to drill into your brain. These do a good job of suppressing this. The sit in the ear well and don’t fall out. Only real issue I have found is that, frustratingly, you cannot stow the ear phones in the storage/charging case with the head bits attached. This means whenever you take them out and put them into the little case and then into your pocket, you’ll have two little foam or silicone bits rolling around loose in your pocket as well. Easy to lose and for me get dirty. Also the functions for play, stop and turn on or off is not very user friendly. Pretty annoying too that you have to turn both earphones on and off individually. Ultimately I’m probably going to go back to the isotunes.
