The headband style hearing protectors offer great comfort and quality to all professional users. A light and durable headband construction with soft cushions and easy size adjustment provides a perfect fit for all head sizes. Protection level 2 is suitable for meduim to high noise levels, between 90-110 dB. It is the best choice for noise protection in environments such as building and construction, heavy industrial work and for long term noise exposures.
Headband
Durable and non-conductive construction to be worn over-the-head. Features a soft replacable cushion that rests lightly on your head for comfortable use the entire working day.
Made of high quality plastic
Durable construction made from thermoplastics that withstand rough environments and variable temperatures without ever loosing its clamping force and flexibility. This non-conductive construction makes it a perfect choice for working close to electrical sources.
Telescopic size adjustment
Smooth and easy size adjustment with one single adjustment point, eliminating any risk of tilting, for a tight and comfortable fit.
Replaceable cushions with "snap-in" system
Comfortable cushions with minimal sweat retention and soft foam filling increases comfort. The snap-in system enables regular replacement for a long-lasting and hygienic product with high performance.
Integration with face protection
The unique visor integration allows you to combine any of Hellberg's hearing protectors with face protection.

For our select range of products which will be sent with via courier, delivery typically takes between 2-4 working days.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER BY TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY XMAS?
Australia Post's recommended cutoffs for delivery by Christmas are as follows. Any orders made by 3.30pm AET will be shipped that day. Orders after these 3.30pm on these dates still have a chance of arriving by Christmas but are not guaranteed to. We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout to guarantee prompt delivery during this peak period.
Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states
Australia Post are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20 December
- Express Post: Monday 23 December
* Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.

We've got you! We offer a flat-rate $10 Express Post service at checkout on all orders made before 3.30pm AET.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.
For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.
For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW.
A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.
