COURIER SHIPPING
For our select range of products which will be sent with via courier, delivery typically takes between 2-4 working days.
Australia Post's recommended cutoffs for delivery by Christmas are as follows. Any orders made by 3.30pm AET will be shipped that day. Orders after these 3.30pm on these dates still have a chance of arriving by Christmas but are not guaranteed to. We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout to guarantee prompt delivery during this peak period.
Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states
Australia Post are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20 December
- Express Post: Monday 23 December
* Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.
The cutoff for orders sent with courier shipping is 2.30pm AEST, 15 December.
We've got you! We offer a flat-rate $10 Express Post service at checkout on all orders made before 3.30pm AET.
All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.
For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.
For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW.
A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.
We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates are specified at checkout, and vary by country, but some examples follow. If your country is not listed below, we still sell to you; proceed to checkout for your delivery estimate.

If delivery is refused and returned to us, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fees.

We accept NDIS payments for eligible purchases! If you’re an NDIS participant, please email our support team at support@earjobs.com.au before completing your purchase. Our team will guide you through the steps to process your payment using NDIS funds.
