If you order before 3.30pm AET on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm AET on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Parcel post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Express shipping is available for $10.5. For orders sent via courier, shipping is free. For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery prices and estimates are specified at checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders will be sent via Parcel Post, Express Post or, if selected, Large Letter shipping with Australia Post. A small number of our products will be sent via courier for free; this will be specified at checkout. Please be aware our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Post (with Signature on Delivery), Australia Post Express Post or DHL International Express Shipping.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
95% of products are shipped from Sydney, NSW. A small selection of our products are sent from Melbourne by courier. The shipping options at checkout will reflect this.
